Illuminate provides tools for lead generation teams to manage paid ads workflows, conversion signals, creative operations, and reporting across connected platforms.

Features may change over time and availability may vary by plan.

3. Eligibility And Authority

You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the service.

If you use Illuminate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

4. Accounts And Security

You are responsible for account activity, password security, and ensuring account information remains accurate and current.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use Illuminate in compliance with applicable laws and third party platform policies.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited messaging.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of service infrastructure.
• Do not upload or process data without proper rights, permissions, and legal basis.
• Do not misuse the service in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Fees, Billing, And Taxes

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to your selected pricing arrangement.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory charges unless stated otherwise.

Non payment may result in account suspension or restricted service access.

7. Third Party Platforms And Integrations

Illuminate can connect with third party platforms and providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third party service availability, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers.

8. Customer Data And Signals

You retain responsibility for the data, event mapping, and signal logic configured in your account.

You represent that you have all required rights and legal bases to collect, process, and transmit personal data and conversion signals through Illuminate.

9. AI Outputs And Performance

Illuminate may provide AI assisted outputs, recommendations, automation actions, or generated content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before business use.

We do not guarantee specific advertising performance, conversion volume, revenue outcomes, or model behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

Brightness of Future Pte Ltd and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Illuminate and all related intellectual property.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the service for your internal business use.

11. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential information disclosed by the other party and use it only for permitted purposes under these terms.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available through no breach, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by law.

We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightness of Future Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the total fees paid by you for the 12 months before the claim event.

14. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, present security risk, or where required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations survive termination, including payment, confidentiality, and limitation provisions.

15. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith discussions. Unresolved disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.

16. Changes To Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Illuminate after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
